Recharge with Normatec
Give tired legs a recovery routine of their own. Normatec uses rhythmic air compression for a relaxing massage after training or an active day.
- Helps temporarily improve circulation in the treated area.
- Helps ease minor muscle aches and post-workout soreness.
- Gives you dedicated time to unwind and make recovery a consistent habit.
Go beyond the scale with InBody
Your weight tells only part of the story. InBody body composition testing estimates the muscle, fat, and water that make up your body.
- Track body fat percentage and muscle mass over time.
- See changes that a bathroom scale can miss.
- Use trends to guide conversations about your training and nutrition goals.
Test under similar conditions each time. Consistent preparation helps you compare results more meaningfully.
Make progress part of your routine
1. Join online. Start your unlimited InBody + Normatec membership for $49 per month.
2. Plan your visits.
Normatec: Once you’ve signed up, check out your Normatec at the front desk at Timberhill, then relax in our recovery lounge for your session.
InBody testing: Drop in Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., or Friday, 8 a.m.–2 p.m. After-hours testing is available at no additional cost by request. Email kyle@timberhillsports.com to arrange a time.
3. Recover and track. Use Normatec regularly and compare your InBody results over time. Testing every 2–4 weeks is generally more useful for tracking lasting body composition changes than daily testing.
