Directions

Eastbound I-84 Traveling east on I-84, take the 122nd Ave. exit (Exit 10). Follow the exit to the right to 122nd avenue. Turn right on 122nd avenue. Travel past Fremont St., then turn right into the Parkrose Professional Building parking lot.

Westbound I-84: Traveling west on I-84 take the 181st Ave. exit (Exit 13). Turn right onto 181st. 181st will become NE Airport Way. Follow Airport Way to 122nd Ave. and turn left. Travel on 122nd 1.2 miles then turn left into the clinic parking lot at the Parkrose Professional Building parking lot.

Other: Primary streets NE Halsey, NE Glisan, E. Burnside, and SE. Stark intersect with 122nd Ave. At the intersection turn north, travel past Fremont St., then turn right into the Parkrose Professional Building parking lot.
